I grew up calling it that, although many Americans refer to it as tomato sauce these days. Well, thanks again for making a fantastic gravy. My wife and I had a great salad with Grandad’s Gravy olive oil and balsamic vinegar, a good bottle of wine, and we just about killed a full pound of your tri-color pasta, so I think I’m ready for a nap now!"

"I just wanted to let you know how much I love your sauce. I am Italian and Irish and I think I make one hell of a tomato basil sauce.
