INGREDIENTS
- 2 Tablespoons Grandad's Gravy Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 small garlic clove, minced
- 6 Tablespoons Grandad's Gravy Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/4 teaspoon Kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
DIRECTIONS
Mix the salt and balsamic vinegar in a bowl. Whisk in the mustard and pepper. Slowly whisk in the olive oil until all ingredients are blended. Toss with your favorite mixed greens. Makes about ½ Cup.
