BALSAMIC VINAIGRETTE  
Makes about ½ Cup
 
INGREDIENTS
  • 2 Tablespoons Grandad's Gravy Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 small garlic clove, minced
  • 6 Tablespoons Grandad's Gravy Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon Kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
  • DIRECTIONS
    Mix the salt and balsamic vinegar in a bowl. Whisk in the mustard and pepper. Slowly whisk in the olive oil until all ingredients are blended. Toss with your favorite mixed greens.
