Grandad's Gravy

Shipping Locations:

Currently, Grandad's Gravy can only ship to addresses in the continental United States. We currently do not ship to international locations. All shipments are F.O.B. Nashville, TN.

Shipping Options:

Grandad's Gravy offers ground delivery service via UPS and FedEx to most US destinations. It is a dependable service that reaches every address throughout the 48 contiguous states with delivery time based on destination.  Sorry, no deliveries to PO, FPO and APO addresses.

Shipping Rates:

Shipping rates are always denoted with the cost of the item you are ordering.  All orders are shipped from our Nashville, Tennessee facility by FedEx or UPS. Shipping charges are calculated on a per address basis.

Order Processing and Delivery Times:

Standard ground shipping orders that are received by 5:00pm CST Monday - Friday will be shipped the following Monday at the latest provided that all items are in stock. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday are considered Monday orders for processing purposes. Please understand that at times, delays may be necessary due to weather, availability, or other conditions. We will do our best to inform you of any delay in shipping your order.

Standard ground shipments will take 1-6 business days to arrive depending to which state you ship. Please allow extra time when shipping to remote rural areas. When your order ships you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with a tracking number and direct link you can use to track your order.

Ground Shipping Map:

By referring to the above UPS Ground Shipping map, you can easily determine the number of business days it takes to transport a package using our Ground Service. FedEx shipping times are similar. Please note - while we will make every effort to get your packages to you by your desired date, Grandad's Gravy cannot guarantee the timely arrival of your package. 

Tracking Packages:

When you place an order with us, we email you an order confirmation. Included in this confirmation will be an Order Status link when the order is placed and a Tracking Number will be emailed again when the order is shipped. 

Shipping to Multiple Addresses:

Only one "ship to" address is allowed per order. If you need to send items to multiple addresses, please order separately for each address.
