Shipping Locations:

Currently, Grandad's Gravy can only ship to addresses in the continental United States. We currently do not ship to international locations. All shipments are F.O.B. Nashville, TN.

Shipping Options:

Grandad's Gravy offers ground delivery service via UPS and FedEx to most US destinations. It is a dependable service that reaches every address throughout the 48 contiguous states with delivery time based on destination.  Sorry, no deliveries to PO, FPO and APO addresses.

Shipping Rates:

Shipping rates are always denoted with the cost of the item you are ordering.  All orders are shipped from our Nashville, Tennessee facility by FedEx or UPS ground service.

Order Processing and Delivery Times:

In 2014, Grandad's Gravy has moved to a made-to-order business.  We take orders in September, make our products in October, and ship to our customers in November.  Due to the growth of our business, all orders will be shipped directly to you.  We apologize to local customers in that we are unable to offer local pickup anymore.

Tracking Packages:

When your order ships you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with a tracking number and direct link you can use to track your order.

Shipping to Multiple Addresses:

Only one "ship to" address is allowed per order. If you need to send items to multiple addresses, please order separately for each address.
