Tracking Your Order:
To track your order, please refer to the confirmation email you received when you placed your order. There is an order status link in this email that will provide detailed information about your order. Once your order has been shipped this order status page links to UPS or FedEx so that you can see where your package is in transit.
Changing or Canceling Your Order:
If you need to make a change to your order or cancel it please call us at 877.846.2691 as soon as possible because we process orders very quickly. Every effort will be made to accommodate your request.
Backorders, although rare, occasionally do happen. However, rest-assured, back ordered items are shipped as soon as possible. No additional freight charges are incurred on back orders. Charges for the back ordered items will not be processed until shipment. You will be notified via email when items are shipped and be provided with a tracking number.
Returns and Exchanges:
How to return an item to Grandad's Gravy: Your 100% satisfaction is our goal. If you are not happy with any purchase we will exchange it or refund your money - no problem. We will refund you the price of the unopened product(s) upon receiving the item(s). Items must be received in a resalable condition. Opened items can be returned for a store credit. Damaged items will be replaced with an identical product. Items received as a gift (paid for by someone other than yourself) can be exchanged or returned for a store credit. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to let us know you will be making a return before sending anything back to us. We'll give you a Return Authorization Number. Please write this number on the outside of your shipping box and address the box to - Grandad's Gravy, 814 Church Street, Suite 300, Nashville, TN 37215. Please send your return package via UPS or FedEx insured. Insurance protects you in case the items are damaged or lost in transit. Carefully package the items in the original shipping box or any suitable shipping carton using plenty of padding material to protect the product(s) and include a copy of your invoice.
IMPORTANT: Make sure the items are well protected and packaged similar to the way you received them. Whenever possible, use the same packaging that was used to ship the items to you. Items must be received in new/resalable condition for a refund. Once we receive your return package, we will issue you a refund or store credit for the price of the products you returned (including tax, if any). If you paid by credit card, we will refund the amount to your credit card. If you are returning an item because it arrived damaged, we will also refund you the shipping costs to return the item to us. Please allow up to 14 days for us to receive and process your refund. We will contact you via email to inform you that the refund has been issued.
