Grandad’s Gravy Does Not Collect Credit Card Information:

How We Use Information:

We use the information you provide about yourself when placing an order to complete that order. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order. We will add you to our physical mailing list and to our newsletter email distribution. You will have the option to opt-out of the email distribution every time we send you an email. You may also opt-out of this physical mailing at any time by calling us at 615.479.1116.

We use the information you provide about someone else when placing an order to ship the product and to confirm delivery. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order. We reserve the right to add the recipient to our physical mailing list (not email list) in order to send them an occasional catalog or to ask for customer feedback about our products. In some cases, we offer gift-messages by which you can personalize a product you order for another person. Information you provide to us to create a gift-message is only used for that purpose, and it is only disclosed to the person receiving the gift.

You can register with our website if you would like to receive the Annual Notification for the making of our products. Information you submit on our website will not be used for this purpose unless you fill out the registration form or request that your email address be added to our distribution list.

When you enter a contest or other promotional feature, we may ask for your name, address, and e-mail address so we can administer the contest and notify winners.
